Chauffeured Rental – Terms & Conditions
• Chauffeured rentals cover 12 hours per day, ending at 8:30 PM.
• If your rental begins in the afternoon (around 12 PM), the service will still conclude at 8:30 PM that same day.
2. Overtime Charges
• Should your trip extend beyond 8:30 PM, overtime charges will apply:
• 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM → Half-day rate
• After 11:00 PM → Full-day rate
3. Driver’s Allowance
• The rental fee already includes the driver’s allowance for vehicles that come with a chauffeur.
4. Accommodation (for trips outside Kumasi)
• For multi-day trips outside Kumasi, the driver will require accommodation. You may either:
• Provide suitable accommodation, or
• Request that we add the cost of accommodation to your booking.
5. Fuel Policy
• Rental fees do not include fuel. Clients are required to return vehicles at the same fuel levels as given.
• Clients are kindly responsible for fueling the car throughout the rental period.
6. Security Deposit
• A refundable flat deposit of GHS 500 is required for every booking.
• This deposit is held against minor issues or unforeseen costs and will be fully refunded once the vehicle is returned in good condition and all terms are met.
7. Payment Terms
• Full payment is kindly required before the rental commences.
• Payments may be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Paystack.
8. No Cash Payments
• For your security, we do not accept cash for rentals.
• Please avoid making any direct payments to drivers (except for tips).
• If any payment is requested, kindly confirm with your sales agent before proceeding.
9. Cancellation Policy
• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the rental start time will incur a charge equal to one full day’s rental.
• For cancellations made earlier than 24 hours, the same one-day rental charge applies.
10. Use of Vehicle
• Vehicles may only be used within the destinations agreed upon with your sales agent.
• If you need to adjust your travel route, please inform us in advance so your booking can be updated.
11. Rental Extensions
• If you wish to extend your rental, please get in touch with WopeCar at least 24 hours before your current booking ends.
• Once we issue the extension invoice, payment must be made promptly to secure the additional days.
